Qualifications:

  • Students must be eligible for CPT/OPT or having other types of work visas or immigration status (Green Card, H-1B, U.S. Citizenship, etc.)
  • For F-1 students, students must have minimum of 12 months OPT before their F-1 status expires. We cannot accept students who have fewer than 100 days of their student visa or work visa status.
  • Students must be highly motivated and willing to follow and complete the training given by the coach.

Recommended Timeline (Your learning plan will be adjusted according to your graduation timeline or Your Work Authorization status):

Week 1: Set up a game plan development session with Coach Kwan

Weeks 1-3: Develop your networking game plan (Modules 1-3)

Weeks 3-5: Build your career brand (Modules 4-7)

Week 5+: Attend our weekly group coaching sessions and ask unlimited questions via email or on-lesson discussions until you land a job

Students will also receive other helpful resources e.g. immigration advice from a skilled immigration attorney, salary negotiation/job offer review, career brand launch strategy, and toolboxes.
